When training with the XBag, you engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously. In addition to the muscles trained during a given exercise, you also engage many muscles that help stabilize the weight, including the core muscles. This allows you to quickly burn excess calories and shed excess body fat.

The XBag is made of a very strong multi-layer material, the same material used to make DBX Bushido punching bags, which are considered to be among the most durable on the market.

The material used is weather-resistant and easy to clean . Even if you prefer outdoor training, you can be sure that the device will not get damaged or dirty.

All seams are made with highly durable core threads that are resistant to damage and moisture. Additional piping provides additional protection for seams in areas susceptible to mechanical damage.

The XBag is equipped with two break-resistant and comfortable handles. The internal structure of the device has been designed to protect the handles from breaking even when using heavy loads.

✅ Weight adjustment possible in the range of 1-40 kg

The main advantage of XBag is the ability to independently adjust the weight.

You'll decide how much weight to use in your exercises and when your form has become good enough to warrant increasing the weight of the equipment. This solution will ensure continuous training progress without the need to purchase additional equipment.

The device comes with three inserts , which you can fill with any filler (e.g., sand, gravel, or steel weights , all of which are available in our offer). Each insert can be filled to a different weight, allowing you to easily change the weight. You can also use all inserts simultaneously, achieving the device's maximum weight. If you enjoy outdoor training or want to stay fit while traveling, you don't have to travel with heavy luggage, as you can fill the device on-site using commonly available fillers.

Note: The weight of the device depends on the filler used. The manufacturer's recommended maximum weight is 40 kg.
