CZR i30 wheels are designed to handle anything, so they feature a strategically reinforced carbon fiber layup and are hand-built with double-butted spokes, brass nipples, and high-engagement hubs with top-of-the-line bearings and oversized hub seals to ensure you get wheels that just won't quit.

CZR i30 rims are designed to handle anything, featuring strategically reinforced carbon layup, 5mm asymmetric spoke offset, reinforced spoke beds, a beadless rim, and Solid Strip integration. The enduro-approved 30mm internal rim width optimizes volume and profile for 2.4-2.6" tires, allowing riders to run lower tire pressures for improved traction and comfort.

A durable nylon strip that sits between the rim and the tubeless strip prevents the tubeless strip from pressing into the spoke holes and ensures a smooth connection between the tire and rim. The smooth surface facilitates tire installation by preventing air from escaping around the bead during each inflation stroke. The Solid Strip also protects the airtight system from punctures in the event of a broken spoke.

Too many companies try to save weight by offering "enduro" wheels with a 2-cross lacing pattern and inadequate aluminum nipples. While these are suitable for XC and light trail use, they won't replace the long-term reliability of a 3-cross lacing pattern with brass nipples to hold everything together.

CZR i30 wheels feature heavy-duty pawl springs that engage with greater force to counteract the extra torque caused by sudden starts on steep trails. We also offer a Light Pawl-Spring Kit, available separately, for CZR i30 riders who prefer a quieter hub with lighter pawl engagement.

Your friends might judge your poor rim choice, but we won't. We also offer the option of rebuilding the wheel and sending it back to you with fresh spokes and nipples.
