How and with what to fill the vest?

The construction of the vest has been designed so that it can be filled with any available filler.

However, we recommend using a loose filler, which will provide greater comfort during training. The best filler is sand or cast steel , which is also available in our offer .

✅ If filled with sand, the vest will weigh approximately 26 kg;

✅ If filled with cast steel, you will get a weight of approx. 56 kg.

Advice

If necessary, you can use a mixture of different fillers to obtain the desired weight of the individual inserts.

You can decide not only the weight of the individual inserts, but also the number of inserts used during specific exercises.
