The Bowflex BXE 226 elliptical trainer will help you achieve incredible results. It's designed and built to ensure maximum efficiency at every level. TRAINING PROGRAMS: 9 pre-loaded training programs, 25 resistance levels and 15 incline levels allow you to vary the difficulty of your workouts, so you can use the equipment for many years, regardless of whether you are a beginner or an advanced user.

USER PROFILES: The console allows you to save four user profiles, so your workout data will be safe when another person starts exercising. Besides tracking your progress, you can motivate each other to train regularly and with increasing intensity.

APPS: Bluetooth® connectivity lets you sync your workout data with apps like Bowflex Results™, MyFitnessPal, GoogleFit, and RunSocial. This allows you to share your workout results and motivate your training buddies. The RunSocial app lets you navigate virtual paths whenever you're ready for a more varied workout.

CONSOLE: A large, easy-to-read console with a color display helps you stay on top of your workout progress. Quick-change buttons make it easy to select the right workout program. You can also set an active user profile. On either side of the display are quick-change buttons for incline and resistance levels. A major advantage of the console is that it constantly displays the number of calories burned each minute.

4 TYPES OF HANDLES: Specially shaped handles offer four grip options. This allows you to diversify your upper body exercises and maintain a comfortable position. The static handles, located under the console, feature heart rate sensors.

HEART RATE MEASUREMENT: You can achieve even better results by training in the appropriate heart rate zone. Calories and fat are burned fastest when working at 70% of your maximum heart rate (HRmax). HRmax can be calculated by subtracting your age from 220. Sensors located on the handles allow for constant, approximate monitoring. Please note that measuring your heart rate using the sensors/sensors located in the product provides approximate results. A more accurate measurement can be obtained with the included telemetry belt, but it is still approximate. This equipment is not a medical device.

INNOVATIVE RUNNERS: Large runners with the Switch Select system support proper foot positioning during longer workouts. An additional innovation is the ability to change their inclination in three ways, allowing for even better results by engaging more muscle groups.

ADDITIONAL ACCESSORIES: The console features a large tablet tray with a USB port. This allows you to enjoy your workout by watching your favorite movies and TV shows without worrying about your device running out of power. A fan is located at the bottom of the console. Three airflow levels make your workout more comfortable and enjoyable.

TRANSPORT WHEELS: The transport wheels on the device allow you to easily move the equipment to any place.
