The SBP15 HMS body pump barbell is the perfect solution for group and individual training. The set includes a 3-piece bolted bar, 3 pairs of weight plates with varying weights, and butterfly collars.
The bar is made of high-quality chrome-plated steel, ensuring exceptional durability. It's coated with foam, providing a comfortable grip, preventing slippage during exercise, and preventing blisters and abrasions. The plates are filled with a compacted cement mixture and rubber, preventing scratches and scuffs on floor surfaces. Thanks to the built-in handles, they can also be used as dumbbells. They are covered with colored rubber, each color representing a different weight. The included clamps allow for precise pressure on the plates and keep them in place regardless of the exercise being performed.
The SBP15 HMS is the optimal solution for body pump exercises and other barbell-based exercises. It allows for multi-joint exercises such as squats and lunges. High quality, maximum usability, and a great look are the hallmarks of this set.
